An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager with drive and initiative to join our Marketing Team. Position Summary

Joining a high calibre and consumer focused team, this leadership role has accountability for driving the marketing agenda for our Confectionery brands across Australia including brand strategy and communication development, innovation and team leadership.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities include:
• Development and implementation of Marketing Strategy and Plans across a portfolio of brands
• Leadership in communication and innovation strategy and local development
• Accountable for functional competency development & succession planning of the marketing team

• Passionate about Confectionery!
• Previous 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Marketing Manager role with team responsibility
• Proven track record of marketing strategy and implementation
• Extensive experience with new product development, launches and innovation leadership
• Strong demand generation, communication development and digital capabilities in building leading brands
• Business acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
• Ideally cross-functional experience from Category or Sales related roles
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
