Position Snapshot

 

In this part-time role you will report directly to the Head of Media, Content and Data, and be responsible for delivering a professional development agenda that builds  capability across established marketing fundamentals and emerging digital trends, to ultimately ensure our marketers stand out.


This key role will influence and shape our local approach to marketing, rolling out and embedding Global, Regional and Local learning solutions. You will also proactively act as a ‘voice of the local market’ within the Nestlé Learning global community 
 

Position Summary

 

  • Develop tailored learning plans to successfully and continuously improve ways of working to win externally. Partner with the Marketing Leadership Team members to identify and then co-create tailored learning plans for high potentials. Understand, assess and report Marketing learning needs and priorities based on the local business and people strategies (Operational Master Plan, Integrated Commercial Planning). Represent a 'one stop shop' for HR Business Partners and other business stakeholders on learning solutions. 
  • Lead and drive change in digital communications to help achieve our personalisation at scale ambition. Lead the understanding and application by providing relevant exposure, knowledge and understanding of this critical channel. Ensure the marketing team is well versed in emerging trends, technology and platforms. Understand data and the role it plays in marketing across Digital, Outdoor, Audio and TV.
  • Be well connected externally and internally to source the most effective and relevant training and thought leadership as it becomes available. Be a fundamental contributor to help create a curious, knowledgeable and outstanding marketing function. 
  • Support the delivery and successful application of specialist streams: Communications, Innovation, eBusiness leads 
  • Lead the local coaching network and mentoring programs in collaboration with the Regional Talent, supported by the local Talent Head. Support Talent Acquisition and other business areas in the delivery of local Induction and on-boarding programs
     

What will make you successful

 

To succeed in this role, you will be an accomplished marketing leader, with at least 8 years’ experience in marketing fundamentals with a curious and passionate mindset to continue to learn and lead in this field.


You possess strong business and commercial acumen and have considerable experience in marketing, desirably within FMCG category. You will also have strong knowledge and recent experience with digital marketing application, social media channels, data. Highly regarded will be 3+ years of experience in the facilitation and the delivery of learning sessions addressed to a multiple target of learners, including senior leaders.


The successful applicant will possess significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at senior to executive levels, as well as have an aptitude and passion for people development.


Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
