Position Snapshot

This entry level role sees you reporting directly to the Head of Sales where you will be responsible for supporting our CRM usage and application in the Sales Team, you will support the collection and analysis of the end user data, ensuring that key sales reports are accurate and evolving to our needs. You will provide the data summary and analysis that supports and drives the sales team to extract more sophisticated commercial benefits and guidance.

Position Summary

  • Working closely with CRM Analyst to develop understanding and working knowledge of Sales C4C Operating System
  • Working with the National Sales Team to drive key processes and reporting agendas, e.g. Sales Budgets and Forecasts.
  • Maintaining the data integrity of the Sales Dashboards and Sales Reports through communication to CRM Analyst
  • Creating C4C specific reports for NAMs, DAMs & KAMs to use in customer reviews & presentations
  • Maintenance of the Power BI Daily Sales Report reference tables and report connections
  • Look to drive improvements, working with reports users and Customer excellence team.
  • Consolidation and conversion of End User and Distributor Data into useable centralised database
  • Link between Sales and Finance in regard to monitoring trade activity spend and review
  • Coordinates reporting and data submission for all national distributor incentive programs; including providing reports on progress and on claims.

  • You will possess strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key stakeholders.
  • Has a desire to develop their capability in data management and analytics… data curious
  • Data Literate: has a foundation, or a desire to develop, this skill set, i.e. can look at and manipulate data, whilst also capable to distinguish what data in important.
  • Have Effective Time Management and Multitasking Skills
  • A Strong background in database integration (CRM, excel and implementing new phases), maintenance (of reporting metrics).
  • Strong experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Ability to problem solve and provide strategic solutions
  • Excellent understanding of Commercial and Financial Acumen/Business Objectives
