POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for Financial Analyst (Treasury) to join our Finance and Control team based in Rhodes. In this role, the Treasury Financial Analyst handles all Treasury and Insurance related areas for the Oceania market. Will be the single point of contact for the Nestle Treasury Centre (NTC) in Singapore, and drives and implements any initiatives related to Treasury. 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

 

  • Forecasting annual cash flows for Oceania business.
  • Determine funding needs in case of cash shortfall, or opportunities for investments in case of cash excess.
  • Preparing recommendation for hedging of forecast foreign currency exposure through Forward exchange contracts.
  • Responsible for accounting for Treasury items (Hedging, FX transactions etc.)
  • Maintain documentation related to Loans, FX, Guarantees or similar Treasury activities.
  • Execution of Trade related products in collaboration with Banks (LC’s/Guarantees).
  • Manage risk around payments (SWIFT, Bank Portals etc)
  • Ensure all required insurances are maintained for all Oceania markets and Nestle associated entities, in line with Nestle Insurance and Risk Financing Standards.
  • Provide an expert insurance advisory service to all market businesses. Act as the single point of contact in Oceania (centre of Excellence) for insurance
  • Ensure the maintenance of all necessary data, meet all internal and external reporting requirements.  

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Joining a collaborative team, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high-pressure environment. You have the demonstrated ability to adapt to fast pace changes. You will have a natural passion for data and an eye for detail.
  • You will ideally be degree qualified in finance and have at least 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance, Treasury or external audit (External auditors with banking experience are preferred).
  • You will have strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Have advanced excel skills. Experience working with SAP Finance module are preferred.
  • You will possess outstanding communication skills and have the flexibility to adapt your style to suit your audience.

 

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
