THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) is a leading global breakfast cereal company and the maker of Nestlé breakfast cerealsnote, including Uncle Tobys and global favourites such as MILO® NESQUIK®, CHEERIOS® and Cini Minis® .  


With more than 50 brands to suit all ages and lifestyles, we strive to make breakfast better with convenient, tasty and nutritious food that helps people start their day in the best possible way.


We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this diverse and exciting role, you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing where you will take accountability for driving the strategic long-term agenda of our Ready to Eat Cereals portfolio.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

No two days will look the same. In this diverse role, some of your day-to-day role will look like:

 

  • Responsible for strategic planning and the development of a long term vision for the brand portfolio.
  • Accountable for the development and implementation of Marketing Plans across the portfolio with local development
  • Leadership of communication strategies for local execution
  • Accountable for functional competency development & succession planning of the marketing team
  • Mentoring and leading our high performing culture across the CPW Marketing team, with four direct reports
     

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • A love for Food and an interest for all things food-related!
  • A love for iconic Australian brands
  • You will possess strong business and commercial acumen and have considerable experience in marketing, desirably within FMCG category. 
  • You will also have strong knowledge and recent experience with digital marketing application, social media channels, data. 
  • The ability to access risk and think differently with the energy to inspire your cross-functional team and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record creating marketing strategies and implementation, NPD and ATL campaign management experience
  • A digital champion, with demand generation experience, communication development and digital capabilities in building brands
  • The successful applicant will possess significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at senior to executive levels, as well as have an aptitude and passion for people development.
