We are looking for a Digital Services Manager with strong technical skill and flawless communication skills to join our Oceania Digital Delivery team.
Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager, you will work across multiple Digital Transformation projects and initiatives, interviewing stakeholders, gathering requirements, engaging with vendors, mapping processes, building out scopes, costing, current-state, and future-state roadmaps.
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
While working autonomously and utilizing skills in a wide range of technologies to develop commercially viable solutions, other key responsibilities of the role include:
- Defining & delivering the Oceania Digital & Social technical roadmap.
- Responsible for customer expectation management and satisfaction, including the timely delivery of different project milestones.
- Managing the various digital sales & marketing project aspects, working with business analysts, marketing teams and developers to gather requirements.
- Developing functional specifications, process mapping, reporting and data requirements.
- Applying solution integration specifications, data cleansing methodologies & compliant by design principles.
- Design and document API level specifications and Data Models with platforms like Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Cloud, SAP Gigya, SAP Hybris & Google Data Studio.
- Managing third party and partner relationships and the integrations with our digital solution architecture
- Continuous improvement and optimisation of application life cycles.
- Auditing the usage behaviour and performance various digital touch points.
ARE YOU A FIT?

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably experience in software development.
- Experience in design and document API level specifications and Data Models with platforms like Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Cloud, SAP Gigya, SAP Hybris & Google Data Studio.
- A thorough understanding of the full software development project life cycle.
- Should have working knowledge of:
- Web servers such as Ubuntu, Nginx, Apache, Windows IIS
- Web Application Firewalls and DNS management
- Databases such as SQL Server & MySQL
- eCommerce & Website Content Management Systems (e.g. Drupal, Shopify, Magento)
- Application integration with systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Studio & SAP Gigya
- Proficiency in AWS and Azure environment
- Industry standards and practices like Agile Project Management & ISO/IEC 27001
- Advanced coding proficiency in NodeJS, PHP and JavaScript. And Swift, Java and React Native experience would also be an advantage.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as service integrators, service provides and vendors across the globe (face-to-face and remote)
- Natural problem solver with can-do attitude
- With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
