Location: Rhodes, Sydney
Duration: 12 months, fixed term contract (Maternity leave cover)

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Business Analyst – Margin Expansion Projects to join Nestlé’s Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Controller, this role will provide strategic direction and facilitate the execution of key business projects, notably margin expansion and project management.

 

A day in the life…

 

  • Meet overall business budget targets on Margin Expansion (ME) to support business growth plan.
  • Hold regular reviews with the Leadership team and the ME leads to track performance and to monitor progress & results.
  • Co-ordinate, motivate, empower, and coach ME leads to facilitate their functional delivery and to help them coach their own teams - act as facilitator, trainer, and counsel.
  • Engage wider business in ME purpose and motivate participation.
  • On Project Management - support the prioritisation of projects & the allocation of resources within the business.
  • Support the Projects team in the execution of strategic projects to accelerate growth and ensure the provision of tools, training, and support for project owners to manage their own projects.
  • Support & develop the Projects team in both their short-medium term in current roles and in helping to achieve their long-term personal goals.
  • Co-ordinate, Facilitate & Energise the Leadership Team to meet the company's growth aspiration.
  • Work with core OLT to deliver the Oceania Business plan. 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 5 years’ work experience and understanding of a number of key financial areas.
  • Strong FMCG background, particularly food manufacturing. 
  • Excellent understanding of commercial environment.    
  • Experience of project management and good interpersonal and communication skills.    
  • Strong organisation & process management skills.
  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is desirable.

 

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.  

 

COVID-19 VACCINATION COVID-19 vaccination is required to perform this role, based on the Public Health Orders applicable to the state of Victoria. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination or medical exemption as part of our recruitment process.
