A day in the life…
Reporting to the Integration and IT Manager, Oceania and acting as the principal contact between multiple business stakeholders and IT stakeholders, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Understands business requirements and provides stakeholders with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams.
- Responsible for strategic business partnering, transparent communications, facilitation of issue resolution, triggering escalations processes when required.
- Regularly attend stakeholders’ meetings and becomes part of their functional Mancom.
- Secures value delivery, sustain, and helps to involve the business in finding solutions for pain points in adopting the products.
- Works with product managers to ensure the business capabilities and business requirements are met in terms of integration of technical architecture across one or more product groups based on enterprise business strategy.
- Steers the integration and adoption of solutions across stakeholder and product / product group / platform.
- Ensures market sustain KPIs and product measures are delivered.
- Accountable for ensuring all applications within their product are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal and external standards.
- Participates in ISMS and SCI meetings; Internal and External Audits to ensure IT risks & controls in place for respective stream. Advises on local security requirements relevant to their stream.
- Create alignment and the adoption of our IT Vision to Life (IT V2L), lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way, promote innovation and entrepreneurial mindset.
What will make you successful
- Joining a collaborative team of Specialists, you will have a proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 7+ years’ demonstrated experience in a product-based IT organisation (e.g. BA, PM, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in HR and Payroll Systems either through implementation or support.
- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors is required.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as service integrators, service provides and vendors across the globe.
- With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
