We are searching for a passionate, enthusiastic and intuitive Business Development Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. As the Business Development Manager, you will lead, develop & implement channel and customer solutions that are aligned with our overall business strategies.

 

Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager for Cereal Brands, this role has accountability for leading, developing and ensuring the implementation of channel & customer solutions that are aligned with our overall business strategies.

A day in the life of...

 

  • You will be responsible for project management of specific channel & customer initiatives (including Private Label), playing the lead role in managing the cross functional project team through to launch, working closely with Marketing, R&D, Factory, Supply, Sales and Category
  • You will become the key CPW contact for all enquiries, internal and external, relevant to breakfast cereals for Foodservice, Industrial, Costco 

What will make you successful

 

  • Previous 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, project management or business development role
  • Ideally cross-functional experience from Category/shopper insights or Sales related roles
  • Experience with concept creation, new product development, launches and innovation leadership
  • Proven track record of developing strategies and implementing
  • Business acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
