Demand Management Analyst - Order Fulfillment

Position Summary

A permanent opportunity currently exists for a Demand Management Analyst to join the Customer Solutions Centre team here at Rhodes. 
Supporting the Head of Customer Solutions Centre, you will be responsible for effective management of stock allocation process, including proactively reviewing demand & supply simulations and executing customer behaviour analysis. You will actively build relationships across Nestlé ensuring the highest levels of order fulfilment across Australia and New Zealand.

A day in the life of...

  • Product management activities e.g. Product Allocation, Item Substitution, Exception block, for One Nestlé businesses, 
  • Own and drive all Order Fulfilment  activities including re ATP and availability tables for One Nestle businesses
  • Assist with the reconciliation of withdrawal and or recall SKU’s process, completion and review.
  • Review and maintain training documentation for relevant activities
  • Conduct required analysis and reporting for order fulfilment, with the objective of improving responsiveness and maximising order fulfilment
  • Conduct root cause analysis on fulfilment failures, identifying and addressing gaps in process and data
  • Deliver and champion all analytics relating to order fulfilment
  • Run meetings and work with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to align requirements and support availability
  • Work with COS team as required to ensure products set up correctly
  • Work with IT and Process optimisation to support new releases and ensuring testing and validation is completed.

What will make you successful

You have the ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, delivering high quality outputs with strong attention to detail and an ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are vital to your success as you develop working partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, have exposure working in Customer Service and or Sales, ideally have previous B2B or B2C exposure and possess intermediate knowledge of root cause analysis, SAP and reporting. 
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.

COVID-19 vaccination may be required to perform this role, based on the Public Health Orders applicable in some States and Territories and/or conditions of premises entry set by our customers. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination or medical exemption as part of our recruitment process.
Evidence:
•    Sight and record as sighted (all States and Territories exl Victoria).
•    Record and Hold: Victoria
Vaccination evidence includes:
•    an immunisation history statement
•    a COVID-19 digital certificate 
•    an email or other document (printed or electronic) from the Department of Home Affairs that confirms a person has completed an Australia Travel Declaration and has been vaccinated against COVID-19 overseas
•    a medical exemption, which includes a medical contraindication certificate
