Procurement Operations Specialist
Position Summary
Procurement operations role supporting systems, processes, and compliance related to the Source 2 Pay flow. Supports global and local teams in problem solving, solution implementation and identification of opportunities to streamline and/or improve processes.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role provides broad exposure to the procurement function, while helping to ensure supply, optimise processes and deliver value to the business.
A day in the life of...
As the Procurement Excellence Expert your responsibilities will include:
• Being a point of contact for Source 2 Pay queries, supporting the process and compliance
• Supporting system enhancements along with local process optimization
• Ownership and management of e-invoicing, vendor master data, preferred supplier lists and workflow matrixes
• Delivering end-user training for systems and supporting issue resolution
• Reporting and analysis of data to identify improvement opportunities
• Developing project timelines and ensuring on-time completion
What will make you successful
• The ideal candidate would have demonstrated success in delivering procurement projects with cross-functional and cross-market teams.
• You have the ability to successfully drive and deliver projects, and understand end-to-end processes
• You are a problem solver with an analytical mindset, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
• Experienced in stakeholder and supplier management, with excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Experience within FMCG is a nice to have
• Experience using SAP is a nice to have
• Experience in a multi-national or complex local environment
• A can-do attitude and desire to learn will see you succeed in this role.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.

• an email or other document (printed or electronic) from the Department of Home Affairs that confirms a person has completed an Australia Travel Declaration and has been vaccinated against COVID-19 overseas
• a medical exemption, which includes a medical contraindication certificate
