POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an SAP Data Analyst to join our Oceania IT team based in Rhodes, Sydney. In this role focusing on Supply Chain (SC) & Technical & Production (T&P), you will create and maintain materials; and approve purchasing specifications in SAP for Oceania Technical Application Groups as part of innovation, renovation and maintenance projects. 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

 

Reporting to the IT Supply Chain and T&P Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Execute material creation for Idea to Launch (I2L) initiatives in accordance with project briefs, within cross functional teams (including Business Units, Project Management and Category Applications Groups).
  • Maintenance of materials and relevant product data in the Nestlé systems including SAP to ensure accurate and compliant products and transfer of data to the production environment.
  • Support the Applications Group (AG) Super-User network, ensuring any knowledge gaps are closed and good cross-factory sharing and problem solving.
  • Provide training and implement new SAP functionalities.
  • Support stakeholders with system and work-flow knowledge on improvement work.
  • Build networks with Nestlé IT teams, Factory AG Teams, Nestlé Product Technology Center (NPTC) and Nestlé Markets to keep abreast of latest technology and functionality requirements

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Joining a collaborative team of Specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high pressure and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an SAP Applications Analyst for the process stream functional area, ideally with SAP Material Master Data Management experience.
  • Experience with maintenance of databases, periodic reporting, and participation in improvement projects.
  • Understanding of the functional processes in Supply Chain and Technical & Production will be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. 
  • With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is required as you may occasionally need to participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
