What will make you successful:
- Proven experience within a fast-paced operational environment.

- The ability to translate complex requirements into practical, business-focused solutions.
- Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to build capability and embed best practice across diverse teams.
- A passion for safety, with the curiosity to understand the "why" behind risks and opportunities for improvement.
