As a Sales Automation & Analytics Specialist at Nestlé, you’ll create and deliver Sales Force Automation solutions that power our Field Sales teams, transforming how we operate and making a real impact across the business.

• Transform data into actionable insights that drive decisions and performance
• Lead innovation, design and deliver cutting-edge Sales Force Automation solutions with business and IT partners 
• Drive transformation and roll out upgrades that unlock new value and elevate performance 
• Leverage technology to solve complex commercial challenges 
• Proactively monitor systems to maximise uptime and productivity 
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive business-wide impact 
• Drive smarter, more efficient ways of working through continuous improvement 
• Build capability by engaging and coaching users to get the most out of technology 

What will make you successful:  

• Experience in Sales Force Automation and a strong understanding of commercial drivers 
• Exposure to data and analytics platforms (Azure preferred) 
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate 
• Strong coding capability (SQL preferred); experience with tools like Snowflake highly regarded 
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and tight deadlines 
• Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders 
• Collaborative team player who thrives in high-performing environments 
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
