We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Executive to join our Beverages team.  In this crucial position, you will manage vital connections between our customers and internal teams, analyse data and offering insights to improve strategic planning and operational effectiveness.

 

A day in the Life…

 

Reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly business planning process for our Business Unit and providing support to our CDT Managers leveraging category insight and knowledge.

 

  • Support the Monthly Business Planning process for Beverages, through monthly cycle and forecasting periods
  • Performance reporting and providing insights on scan performance versus competitive sets, pricing competitiveness monitoring $/KG analysis and New Product Development tracking
  • Engage in the Go-to-Market Execution process for all new product developments and channel activations, setting KPIs and tracking performance
  • Facilitate key processes & category management tools with the aim to achieve flawless implementation of our annual commercial plans.

 

What will make you successful: 

 

  • 2-3 years of FMCG experience
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Experience in trade data usage and application
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Power BI is advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a talent for working with numbers.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
