We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team.  In this crucial position, you will manage vital connections between our customers and internal teams, analyse data and offering insights to improve strategic planning and operational effectiveness. 

 

A day in the Life…

 

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development, you will be responsible for leading and driving the monthly business planning process for our Business Unit. 

 

  • Deliver regular reports and forecasts to track target achievement. 

  • Analyse performance data to highlight key drivers of results. 

  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations through Strategic Revenue Management, supporting customer-specific promotional analysis and pricing strategies. 

  • Engage in the Go-to-Market Execution process for all new product developments and channel activations. 

 

What will make you successful: 

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in Sales or Finance. 

  • Proven market and strategic sales experience in an FMCG environment, with a track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations.  

  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels. 

  • Strong computer literacy with excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Power BI is advantageous. 

  • Advanced Excel skills and a talent for working with numbers. 

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and effectively. 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
