We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our OOH Food’s business. This is an outstanding opportunity to execute and lead in a dynamic OOH market and take ownership of our sweet and savoury Foods portfolio, strategy, comms, and innovation pipeline.

A day in the life…


Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Foods, of Nestlé Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the OOH Foods business. 

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our foodservice solutions and drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Drive I&R pipeline supported by strong customer, operator and consumer insights and data analytics, from ideation through to commercialization.
  • You will be pivotal in the activation of the customer brand activations that drive sales growth.
  • Your role will be essential in managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging, PR, media and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights, and Supply chain – in Australia, New Zealand, and with our Regional office in Singapore.
  • Have day-to-day direct stakeholder management opportunities with the Nestlé Professional management team and Business Executive Officer (BEO) as well as with other internal business units such as Confectionery.

 

What will make you successful:


We are looking for someone who is a dynamic, pragmatic, and enthusiastic brand lead who is comfortable energizing and driving the focus of the cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results.

 

  • Senior Brand Manager or experienced brand manager (3-5 years) with proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry or within OOH/Foodservice.
  • Financial acumen, P&L management, and creative problem-solving are a must to excel in the role.
  • Innovation leadership - solid experience in new product development including concept creation, new product development, and commercialization into market.
  • A proven track record creating marketing strategies and implementation, NPD, Trade activations and ATL campaign management experience.
  • Tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen in project and portfolio management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
