Brand Manager – Cereal Partners Worldwide

Position Summary

The role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role has accountability for driving the strategic long-term agenda of our core brands across Australia & New Zealand, including portfolio strategy, communication development & future pipeline.  You will be a key player to accelerate the brand performance, deliver significant renovation & innovation projects and deliver sales growth.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategic planning and development of long term vision for the brands
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of a solid long term Marketing Plan, including the delivery of a 3 year consumer and technically validated innovation plan
  • Responsible for the development and successful execution of the annual  budget /marketing plan, ensuring it fits within the overall marketing & business strategies
  • Project lead for NPD in current and new segments
  • Contribute to a high performing culture across the CPW Marketing team.

A day in the life of...

  • A love for Food and an interest for all things food-related!
  • Previous 3-5 years’ experience in a Brand Management role
  • The entrepreneurial flare to think differently with the energy to inspire your cross-functional team and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional experience from Category or Sales related roles is highly regarded
  • A proven track record creating marketing strategies and implementation, NPD and ATL campaign management experience
  • A digital champion, with demand generation experience, communication development and digital capabilities in building brands
  • Solid experience in project management and leading projects from concept creation, new product development, launches and innovation leadership
  • Business acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
