Position Summary

An exciting opportunity exists within Nestlé Australia for an experienced Marketer to join the business as a Brand Manager Dairy and Innovation. In this role you will be working as part of the Regional Dairy Marketing Team and will be responsible for the development and execution of the regional MILKS plans, communication, marketing activity, packaging and managing portfolio spend, as well as a number of white space Dairy innovation projects.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Management of key Dairy NPD projects, across several Big Dairy brands such as MILO and Carnation.
  • Development of white space NPD projects, across potentially new brands form conceptual thinking to launch.
  • Development of the ANZ MILKS marketing plan, including media and communication strategy, development and implementation of new portfolio packaging design.
  • Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Activation of the consumer and brand activities for the MILKS  category
  • Managing local budget and marketing spend
A day in the life of...

Our ideal candidate will be an FMCG Brand Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. You will be tertiary qualified, and have demonstrable commercial & financial acumen. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role as you will need to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third party providers.

 

You should be able to bring insightful and critical thinking to the portfolio, show a pro-active and solution-orientated approach. You will have the right balance of being able to develop a strategically robust plan, whilst still maintaining an eye for detail and pragmatism in approach to execution.  A passion for what
