Join the Nestlé Confectionery Team as the eBusiness Acceleration Manager, and shape the way we do business in for the future.  Responsible for developing and implementing the Nestlé Confectionery eBusiness strategy, you will lead the data strategy, ensuring a data led approach to consumer engagement; work with the brand teams to deliver best in class digital content, ensure Nestlé Confectionery leads in search and ultimately accelerate our eBusiness sales and market share with both new and existing customers. 

We are looking for someone who can build and execute our vision of eBusiness leadership, challenge the status quo and work with cross-functional teams to deliver growth in this evolving arena.

Position Summary

  • Lead and implement the Confectionery eBusiness Strategy for key brands KITKAT, ALLEN’S & SOOTHERS
  • Develop and implement the data strategy from data acquisition through to consumer engagement
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure seamless consumer experiences across the brand digital eco-systems
  • Develop and implement the eRetailer Pipeline with new and existing customers within the eCommerce channel
  • Identify emerging platforms and experimentation to deliver a competitive advantage in the digital environment.
  • Partner with the Brand Teams to ensure Marketing Plans incorporate eBusiness as a key growth driver

A day in the life of...

You have strong business and commercial acumen and both experience and a passion for digital marketing and eCommerce.   

You love to work in an agile, fast paced team and have strong networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levels of an organisation.   

You have excellent analytical, numerical and planning skills. You influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality and the ability to manage and work closely with marketing, category, sales and agency teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years or more Marketing & Digital experience in a large marketing driven organisation [FMCG preference] with strong digital foundations

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
