Customer Service Specialist - eCommerce

 

Rhodes | Permanent | Full Time

 

POSITION SUMMARY

A permanent opportunity currently exists for an eCommerce Customer Service Specialist to join the newly branded Digital Supply Chain team here at Rhodes. Supporting eCommerce initiatives across Australia and New Zealand you will be responsible for communicating with our consumers managing and processing e-commerce orders for Nestlé's e-commerce business, whilst delighting & engaging our consumers.


This is a diverse role which will see you have touch points across multiple stakeholders as well as operational and corporate working environments.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE..

 

  • Communicate with our consumers via phone & email to assist with various e-commerce order queries.
  • Manage consumer queries relating to orders, product services and provide assistance with troubleshooting. 
  • Process orders & manage shipment, delivery related queries and other various processes.
  • Resolve order to cash related consumer queries including follow up with service providers, warehousing and carriers on pending or outstanding orders.
  • Help improve the end to end process and systems by providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Various other tasks 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

 

  • You have experience working in a customer service related role for a minimum of 1-2 years.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday between (7am-5.30pm) and available to work public holidays if required.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; able to provide clear and concise information. 
  • You possess strong time & process management and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • You have the ability to organise self with minimal direction and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and keep up to date with business and e-commerce changes and ideally have the ability to deal with managing conflict in a B2B and B2C environment.
  • You have the proven capability dealing with tasks that require significant attention to detail and that need to be managed on time frames.
  • Intermediate knowledge of database and computer (office) applications.
  • You have the proven capacity to build relationships with consumers, internal/external stakeholders and the ability to balance the needs of consumers and internal/external stakeholders.

 

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
