Position Summary

NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for support the LATAM markets, in order to fulfill their needs regarding the Intercompany Reconciliation, based on Policies and Procedures ensuring Compliance matters. Additionally, guarantee analysis of accounting accounts related to Intercompany looking forward to solving any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.

A day in the life of...

As a member of the Accounting Operations function, you will be responsible for overseeing the intercompany operations into the team and with the outsourcing. As the Supervisor, you will ensure accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of intercompany transactions supporting the Latam.  You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to streamline intercompany processes and maintain strong relationships across different entities. The Supervisor  need ensure the KPIs deliverables KRI 48, Accrual and fallout reduction. Carry out WRS with Latam markets to ensure the reduction of pending issues and be the point of contact. Management of operational activities with the team and be the reference and the point of contact to solve problems. Perform closing activities, CIG and Cact. Ensure balance sheet integrity.

What will make you successful

Advanced/Fluent English

Graduated completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.

Desire Intermediary Portuguese;

Improvement initiatives and project management;

Knowledge in Reconciliation;

Advanced Excel;

Desire Power BI;

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control;

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire others to deliver exceptional results;

 Cooperation and communication with stakeholders and in operational issues regarding Intercompany Issues.

Conhecimentos necessários

• Graduação completa em Administração, Contabilidade e áreas afins;
• Experiência em áreas correlatas à Intercompany (importação e exportação entre afiliadas)
• Excel Intermediário à Avançado;
• Inglês avançado;
• Desejável Espanhol intermediário;
• Experiência com Liderança e gestão de equipes;
• Desejável conhecimento no fluxo contábil, contas a pagar e contas à receber;
• Desejável conhecimento em SAP (módulos de finanças);
• Desejável conhecimento de Power BI;

• Ownership e gerenciamento do time e processo de Intercompany
• Participação e contribuição em projetos globais e fórum globais.
• Desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e acompanhamento de suas carreiras;
• Acompanhamento técnico do time visando integração e desenvolvimento de backups;
• Gestão de relatórios gerencias, identificando oportunidade de melhoria nos controles;
• Ponto de referência do mercado para temas críticos e urgentes.
