Location: Ribeirão Preto – Brasil or Asuncion – Paraguay

Reports to: Service Improvement Manager
Indirect Report: Digital & Business Innovation Executive
Position Summary
As a Service Improvement Specialist, you will lead continuous improvement and process mapping initiatives within the organization. Your main focus will be on simplifying, standardizing, and digitizing activities to enhance operational effectiveness across global reporting and LATAM sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation projects using Lean and BPM methodologies.
- Map processes (AS IS and TO BE) and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct meetings to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Manage and monitor performance indicators and continuous improvement projects.
- Propose solutions focused on productivity, service digitalization, and automation of repetitive processes.
- Reduce waste through Lean methodology.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of reports.
- Collaborate with internal partners, consulting firms, and innovation companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (desirable);
- Experience in process modelling and performance indicator analysis.
- Knowledge of BPM tools (Bizagi, Visio) and Lean principles.
- Familiarity with DMAIC, PDCA, and quality tools (desirable).
- Green Belt certification (desirable).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum is a plus).
- Strong communication, logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automation tools and leading/consulting on improvement projects (desirable).
- Knowledge of SAP Solutions (desirable).
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective processes.
- Analytical skills to propose improvements using BPM, Lean, RPA, etc.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Results focus and service orientation.
- Ability to train others and deliver with excellence.
