A day in life ..

Conducting research to understand human behavior

•Conduct research to analyze human behavior and its impact on organizational goals.

•Develop strategic initiatives based on behavioral insights in collaboration with HR teams.

•Present findings to leadership and promote evidence-based decision-making.

Analyze data and apply theories of behavior to organization

•Use behavioral science theories to analyze employee behavior and motivation.

•Identify trends through statistical analysis and integrate behavioral data with HR sources.

•Work with data analysts to enhance overall employee behavior analysis.

Applying research findings to solve problems, drive actions, and develop new products

•Share research insights with HR stakeholders using effective communication techniques.

•Collaborate on evidence-based strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being.

•Design surveys to support behavioral research and promote behavioral science capabilities.

Collaborating and advising

•Support HR teams in executing behavioral science experiments and interventions.

•Lead educational workshops on behavioral science concepts.

•Collaborate with external experts for specialized projects as necessary.

What will make you successful

•Master's or doctoral degree in behavioral science, psychology, sociology, or a related field.

•Fluent English level.

•Proven experience in applying behavioral science principles within organizations, including experimental design and data collection.

•Familiarity with HR data sources, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively. Experience in organizational behavior or change management is a plus.
