Position Summary
Location: NBS – Ribeirão Preto
Area/Stream: Order to Cash Process Optimizer & Expansion Projects Coordinator
Reports to: O2C Manager
Work schedule: 08:00–18h. Hybrid

A Day in the Life…


  • Lead product process mapping and implementation;
  • Manage expansion projects from opportunity identification to project closing;
  • Support operations during activity expansion projects;
  • Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, digitalization vision, automation level, and compliance;
  • Lead project governance and alignment among different stakeholder levels;
  • Conduct benchmarking between service centers and the industry to identify and share best practices

 

What Will Contribute to Your Success?

 

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (postgraduate studies in Finance or Supply are a plus);
  • Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory;
  • Experience in continuous improvement, project management, or within functions co-related to Order to Cash (Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Administration);
  • Experience on Project management;
  • Experience working with regional and/or global teams;
  • Experience working directly with leadership positions;
  • Solid knowledge and vision of digital tools and data analysis;
  • Ability to prepare presentations and lead meetings;
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally;
  • Ability to create and present management reports;
