Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs;
  • Manage & strengthen the business partnership with Distributors across 3 Baltics countries. Ensure Distributors’ operations are efficient and effective;
  • Support in development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans;
  • Defining and executing strategies and plans for Distributors in order to deliver business objectives and profitable growth;
  • Developing relationships and co-operation with key customers and veterinarians;
  • Reviewing product portfolio in close cooperation with Marketing, Category Management, Business Controlling and Demand Planning teams;
  • Planning and control of budgets;
  • Establishing tailored activities to deliver agreed results and win in the market;
  • Forecasting;
  • Reporting and Sales analysis.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Management, Economics;
  • At least 4 years proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Category Management Marketing (experience in managing Distributor, FMCG, Pet Food industry would be considered as a big advantage);
  • Experience in leading a project with full responsibility;
  • Flourish when negotiating and communicating with aptitude in building relationships;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Proactive team-player with fast learning abilities;
  • Resilient and positive with challenges;
  • Initiative, ambitious and self-motivated;
  • Well mastered in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Fluent in Latvian and English both spoken and written, fluent in Russian spoken;
  • Driver’s license.
