POSITION SUMMARY

The Medical Delegate is the frontline ambassador of Infant & Follow-on Nutrition with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in Riyadh. The role is responsible for building and sustaining trusted, science-based relationships with paediatricians, nutritionists and clinic/hospital staff, driving ethical and compliant recommendation of HCPs, and executing the territory call plan to deliver share growth and coverage frequency targets when BF is not practised— while strictly upholding the WHO Code and Nestlé's marketing policies.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

 

· Execute the agreed HCP call cycle and segmentation plan across the assigned Riyadh territory, meeting call-rate, and frequency targets.

· Deliver accurate, compliant scientific detailing on nutritional science and product range to paediatricians and Healthcare staff.

· Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key HCPs and clinic/hospital gatekeepers.

· Identify and develop new HCP relationships and untapped accounts to expand our solutions presence in the territory.

· Close the loop on every HCP interaction — scientific requests, follow-up questions, — within agreed timelines.

· Log all calls, HCP data, and market intelligence in the CRM system accurately and on timely manner.

· Monitor competitor activity, HCP sentiment, and local market dynamics, and escalate insights to the MFM.

· Support and represent our products at approved scientific meetings, hospital events, and nurses'/HCP education activities.

· Strictly comply with the WHO Code, Nestlé policy, and all local regulatory requirements in every HCPs interaction.

· Manage territory journey planning within policy.

· Participate in joint field visits with the MFM and act on coaching feedback to improve call quality.

 

What will make you successful…

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related life-science field.

· Prior experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG-health, or medical/nutrition field promotion is preferred.

· Fluent Arabic and good English (spoken and written) for HCP and internal reporting communication.

· Valid Saudi driving license (Own Car) and willingness to travel daily within the Riyadh territory and Riyadh remotes.
