Position Summary : Field Sales Representative ( FSR ) - GT Channel - Center Region – Qassim Area
The Field Sales Representative owns and delivers sales for their overall area by developing relationships with customers and other retail personnel to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives. This is achieved with a focus on delivering the overall value of retail (VOR) to include sales, displays, new items and core distribution. Activities center on coverage of Nestlé items, including systemic problem solving related to out of stocks, new item speed distribution, share of shelf, price compliance, and promotion selling. The position covers Qassim Area and the ideal candidate should live in Qassim Area – Center Region
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating and ensuring product knowledge by in person and phone communication.
• Sell incremental volume for displays and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborates with targeted customers to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Leads expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Insure Payment Collection from customers in the proper overdue time.
• Ensures compliance to pricing guidelines at retail level.
• Reports competitive price changes and promotional support and resolves competitive pricing issues.
• Identify and correct voids and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to obtain schematic compliance, rotate products, handle unsellable product and resolve systemic problems related to out-of-stocks and voids.
• Develops and maintains proper relations with department/store level personnel within area in order to maximize sales results.
• Communicates market insights from the retail level to management.
Requirements:
• Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Must possess strong communication (oral and written), selling and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and other POS systems.
• Ability to analyze financial, inventory, retail conditions and other data to utilize appropriate selling techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
