Position Summary

As a Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for evaluating product and process quality in order to ensure that the requirements of the quality system are being followed and to seek areas for improvement, quality planning and training in order to support of the department and plant goals

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with Nestlé’s quality standards and procedures.
• Perform all activities related to responding to customer quality issues, assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions to ensure improve product quality and reduce error(s).
• Participate in all audits and implement corrective actions from audits to maintain certification status and comply with good business practices.                                                    
• Specify quality requirement of raw materials for the suppliers and conduct sample analysis on each raw material sample to ensure adherence to the Nestlé’s quality procedures.
• Ensuring that the production process comply with standards at both, Nestlé and national level.                                            
• Design, develop and implement quality control training programs for QC team to ensure continuous growth and development.                                                 
• Maintain all the quality and calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality manual and specific customer requirements.                                             
• Adhere to the Nestlé SHE rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety                                                   

Requirements: .

• Bachelor Degree of food safety or chemical or biochemical 
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standard
