Position Summary

Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.

As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This role focuses on setting sales goals aligned with department goals. You will continuously work to improve customer’s experience. And to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

 

  • Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to products, orders, and services.
  • Support the sales team in planning and organizing sales activities and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and report market insights to management.
  • Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.

 

What Will Make You Successful…

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or foodservice sector.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
