What to expect for the 2025 Nestlé USA Sales Internship:
Join Nestlé, a global leader in the Consumer Products and Food industry, for an exciting 10-week paid internship in our Sales Organization. This immersive experience is designed to kickstart your career in sales, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, network with senior management, and make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our customer teams, you will actively participate in key sales activities, receiving direct guidance from Nestlé USA leaders. You will tackle relevant business challenges, develop essential selling skills, and contribute to driving positive change in our processes and strategies. Your fresh perspective will be instrumental in delivering results that meet our immediate and future business needs.
Project Focus:
During the internship, you will be assigned a project that requires innovative thinking and a cutting-edge approach. This project will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills, creativity, and ability to drive meaningful outcomes. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to senior leaders, giving you a platform to make a lasting impression.

Exceptional interns may receive a full-time offer to join our organization upon completion of the internship. 2025 Nestlé USA Sales Internship Locations:
- There will be 2 sales interns in each location, with a cohort total of 12 sales interns. Currently, we are only accepting applicants for Rogers, AR.
- We will consider your geographic preferences and business needs when assigning you to an internship location.
Application Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree conferred by June 2026
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Leadership experience through, but not limited to, an extracurricular activity, organization, club, sports team, or employment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to relocated to Rogers, AR for the 10-week duration of the program during summer 2025
- Interest in joining the Nestlé Sales Development Program after graduation and willingness to relocate to Arlington, VA, Cincinnati, OH, Minneapolis, MN, Nashville, TN, Rogers, AR, or Solon, OH in mid-June 2026 if extended a full-time opportunity
- Willing to generate enthusiasm and excitement for our products
Knowledge & Skills
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize basic Excel functions
- Able to build comprehensive presentations in PowerPoint
- Organized with outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Comfortable working in a team setting
- Ability to accept change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
