POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, this role focuses on helping the company grow profitably by improving pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies. You’ll support the Walmart and Sam’s Club account team and work closely with sales to manage a key part of the business. Your responsibilities include financial analysis and support for customer negotiations, business reviews, and planning. You’ll also collaborate with teams like shopper marketing, category insights, and supply chain to meet financial goals. This position gives you the chance to influence decisions and be a strategic partner for a major customer team, helping manage a multi-billion dollar revenue portfolio and ensuring smart use of sales and promotional funds.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Field Finance Manager will provide financial oversight including detailed event level planning, promotional spend review, forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc customer analysis, with an emphasis on maintaining sound financial controls around trade budget spending. This will require someone who is comfortable digesting large amounts of data and can use both art and science to convert it into actionable insights for the organization. A strong fit for this role is a self-starter with 5–7 years of experience in CPG or a related field, able to influence results through data-driven insights. They thrive in cross-functional teams, show curiosity, and value progress over perfection. With a solid finance or accounting background, strong communication skills, and quick learning ability, they confidently deliver high-quality work independently and collaboratively.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The position is instrumental in maintaining control of NPS, trade spend, NNS, and evaluating & driving overall efficiency of trade plans. The Key Performance indicators are sales volume, real internal growth, organic growth, trade, sales contribution, and promotional trade efficiency. The key quality indicators are trade management, forecasting, deduction management and strategic business partnering.
AREAS OF FOCUS:
Promotional Plans
- Work proactively with Category Account Managers (CAM) during annual planning, ensuring alignment with Commercial Action Plans and efficient trade spend.
- Ensure promotional events are properly set-up and executed (based on contracts & yearly plans) on a timely basis in the trade management system (Osprey).
- Review plan adjustments as needed throughout the year.
- Ensure CAMs maintain trade events accurately throughout the year in Osprey.
- Use available analytical trade tools to ensure efficient allocation of trade to planning accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree required; Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required.
- 5+ years financial analysis experience in Consumer Goods company/industry preferred.
- Previous experience with Sales Finance/RGM and/or Internal Audit management a plus
- Intermediate/Advanced in Excel and SAP (or other ERP System) preferred.
- Position is located in Rogers, AR
- Travel estimated up to 30% (Planning Sessions/Business Reviews/Sales Finance team meetings).
SKILLS:
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Superior execution skills in a changing environment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data management and analytical skills, and critically important to be able to deliver the message to non-finance professionals.
- Proven ability to not only deliver, but drive excellent work in a team and matrix organization
- Excellent inter-personal communication and the ability to influence others; negotiation skills a plus.
- Self-starter and shows initiative and quickly learns the specifics of the customer and revenue growth management.
