POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this position is to define, administer, and drive compliance of high-complexity, high-visibility customer supply chain programs, customer strategies, or any process or system that directly impacts the customer, to improve service to our customers and consumers while reducing relevant supply chain costs.  The role will also partner with analytics teams to produce metrics and key insights into Nestlé’s supply chain customer programs and create end-user visual platforms such as PowerBI.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build new or enhance existing supply chain analysis to improve the customer experience, service levels, and reductions in Total Delivered Cost.
  • Design, develop, and maintain key analytical solutions that will drive enhancements to supply chain customer programs.
  • Present to Supply Chain leadership and/or Sales leadership on key customer programs and customer results.
  • Identifying new and differentiating opportunities that drive awareness, growth and consumption for Nestlé Health Science brands.
  • Drive transparency and build knowledge of customer programs with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and influence across functions to address gaps and to implement processes and systematic solutions.
  • Leverage end to end supply chain experience and technical expertise to deliver advanced analytics which identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analyses, quantify losses and opportunities, etc. 
  • Provides support to CFSC in development of new reporting, Power BI dashboards, systems training, etc.
  • Makes recommendations to CFSC leadership on resources needed to meet team objectives.
  • Development of functional documentation & system on-boarding and delivers training to new team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 Years of prior analytics experience including sales, supply chain, or related field.
  • At least 4 Years of experience in a consumer package good environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBi or related tools is required.

 

SKILLS:

  • Customer Centric and Service Oriented mindset (internally and externally).
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Strong ability to develop collaborative partnerships at the customer level in pursuit of common objectives.
  • Excellent analytics ability with a focus on analyzing, interpreting, and extracting insights from large amounts of data and developing recommendations & improvement opportunities to benefit Nestlé & the Customer.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Access and PowerBI.
  • Advanced technical understanding of reporting databases and ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.
  • Work independently to solve issues and take initiative.

 

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Rogers, AK, Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $82,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
