  • Define and implement the sourcing strategy for Nespresso Original Line and Milk frother, aligned with the Global Beverage Machine category while contributing to its development.
  • Lead sourcing activities for supplier selection, leveraging negotiations, eRFX solutions, and by executing best‑in‑class Manufacturing and Supply Agreements.
  • Build and lead the efficiency roadmap by driving cost‑reduction initiatives such as component standardization through platform approaches, best‑cost‑country sourcing and the use of alternative materials.
  • Strengthen sourcing flexibility and supply risk mitigation across the full value chain, from Machine assembly to components and their raw materials.
  • Build strong relationships with Nespresso Procurement business partners to unlock full category‑management value.
  • Lead supplier development and compliance, including performance assessment and supplier profiling with clear targets and development plans.
  • Develop and analyze TDC (Total Delivered Cost), monitor commodity trends and manage budget variations through proactive price anticipation and productivity impact.

What will make you successful

  • Solid experience and proven proficiency in procurement within above‑market or large‑market structures, ideally in Contract Manufacturing procurement or technical categories.
  • Dual competence supported by a degree in mechanical or electronic engineering (preferred).
  • Advanced negotiation capabilities, with proven experience in eRFX and high‑value contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills and Total Delivered Cost mindset, with the ability to manage multiple sub‑categories simultaneously (electronics, electro‑mechanical, plastic injection, CAPEX).
  • Excellent communication abilities, enabling clear presentation of opportunities, results, and actionable recommendations.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, any additional language considered as a strong plus.
