As an Industrialisation Project Manager at Nespresso, your mission is to lead the industrialisation of innovative coffee machine solutions from development through scale-up and commercial launch. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Product Development, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial teams and external manufacturing partners. How you’ll make an impact as an Industrialisation Project Manager

 

  • Leading the end-to-end execution of industrialisation projects of coffee machine solutions, ensuring successful delivery from development through commercial launch.
  • Driving project plans, governance, budgets, milestones and technical reviews to deliver results on time, on quality and at scale.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and external machine manufacturing partners to remove obstacles, align priorities and accelerate execution.
  • Transforming product complexity into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
  • Managing technical, operational and supply risks to ensure smooth product introductions and secure business continuity.
  • Delivering continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives that strengthen industrial performance, product quality and long-term manufacturing capabilities.
