Position Summary

The IT Project Manager manages a development or deployment IS/IT project to ensure it delivers on time, on budget, on scope and on quality, adhering to established Project Management methodologies. He/ She is responsible for the project's budget. He / She structures the project, oversees and provides advisory to all involved stakeholders, plans, executes, monitors and controls the project, and finally closes it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise.

A day in the life of...

Creates a structured project, implementing agile methodologies where possible
Ensures the project is consistent with the overall IS/IT objectives and strategic plans
Guarantees that an agile, deliverable-based Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plan is established, leading to the development of a resource loaded integrated project plan, with resources identified and secured
Keeps himself / herself up to date with the latest development and methodology in relation with IS/IT communities and IS/IT Workforce Strategy

What will make you successful

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in IT and business/industry; background in eBusiness and / or eCommerce is a strong plus
Diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities
Agile project management experience; PMP certification is a plus
Experience in managing change/transitions and change impacts. Operating in a matrix organization and development of influencing skills
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
Strong Portuguese, Spanish and English level
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
