We are looking for an Commercial Control Assistant  to have a full accountability in Business partnering with the EM GSOMs, EM business managers and distributors by providing the F&C and Administrative support in the Sales Operations, Corporate Governance, Incentives , Trade Spends, Budgetary Controls, Compliance  to policies and procedures and provide analysis to support decision making in performance management ie KPI and Value Chain analysis.

A day in the life of...

  • Support Sales team to ensure collation of daily reporting to respectie stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Regional Distributor Manager on supporting Distributor Administrative matters
  • Preparation of budgets and monthly tracking of Cost Centres
  • Implementation of Internal Controls and documentation of process and procedures
  • Office Administration and Management

 

What will make you successful

  • Diploma in Business or Finance
  • 5 years working experience in related field - Financial / Management Accounting
  • Independent, Self motivated, Dynamic & Analytical thinking
