Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an E&I Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the electrical systems and equipment within our state-of-the-art production facility. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, switchgear, motors, and other equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to production
Install, upgrade, and modify electrical installations and equipment as per technical specifications
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all electrical work performed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Provide technical guidance and support to other maintenance personnel as required

What we're looking for:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and automated equipment
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
