We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid track record preferentially in FMCG either in F&B, Personal care or Pharma. To join Nestle MYSG Corporate End-of-Line (EOL) Automation and Digital team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end green or brown field projects for secondary and tertiary packaging equipment e.g. auto case packers, tray packers, palletizers OR fit for purpose robotic solutions.

A day in the life of...

To take on project management/coordinator responsibilities, at a market level for selected projects
To establish minimum criteria for factory/lines to specify during CAPEX request – complete and detailed user requirements specifications (URS)
To manage and interact with key suppliers from a technical standpoint
To elaborate and review CAPEX submissions with the factories sponsors and teams to advice technical and financial feasibility
To communicate clearly and manage technical aspects during machinery procurement process
To execute project including commissioning and validation
To review and validate feedback to design and best practices across Nestlé – to lead post project defect analysis if required
To enhance the capabilities of manufacturing by developing a flexible and agile machine portfolio that matches the needs of various product categories and packaging formats
To support reduction of total delivered cost through optimization of line labour standards and packaging throughout the value chain.
To be an active communicator on related technology development with the Nestlé packaging community.
To develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new and emerging trends in secondary / tertiary packaging technology. Identify areas of opportunity to implement these new technologies into packaging automation solutions.

What will make you successful

Degree in Engineering preferentially mechanical and automation
>10 year of work experience including project management roles
Demonstrated Project Management skills including strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Previous exposure to lean start-up methodology a strong plus
Experience in food & beverage is a plus
PMO certification preferred
