We are looking for a Occupational Health Executive to manage activities associated with the occupational health at workplace.

A day in the life of...

Primary Nursing Care
Emergency treatment
Coordination of Pre-employment screening
Treatment of simple wounds and ailments
Basic health monitoring
Taking specimens for investigations and tracing results


Clinic Administration
Organising efficient and effective administration of the clinic
Issuing of GL and organising referrals/ESP appointments
Liaise with hospitals or clinics  to verify medical bills and medical certificates
Monthly reports/statistics related to medical utilization
Ordering drugs and managing inventory
Managing records of medicines/prescriptions by visiting MO
Implementation/ control of panel clinics (if necessary)
Hospital visits


Safety Surveillance & Supervision
Responsible for preparing and following up on industrial accidents reports.
Initiate continuous improvement activities to identify causes of accidents and provide action plans to avoid future similar accidents.
Report health/ injury hazards
Encourage safe practices/ awareness in the factory


Health Surveillance & Supervision
Routine & annual audiometry test and thyphoid administration
Organise health talks, First Aid Trainings and other initiatives to create health awareness amongst the employees
Identify health and injury hazards
Wellness champion in the factory – counsel the employees on FIT way of life

What will make you successful

  • State Registered Nurse (SRN) Certification
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
  • Computer literate with good report writing skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong work ethics
  • Able to work with various stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to impact and influence others
