We are looking for a Process Optimiser Executive who drives continuous improvement, stabilising processes, and promoting a culture of innovation and efficiency within the transportation planning and operations team.

A day in the life of...

• Contribute E2E Transport Management (TM) system processes implementation and improvements.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to Transport Hub (T-Hub) related projects that contributes to LC2A.
• Contribute to process linkage and expansion of coverage into T-Hub way of working.
• Contributes to initiatives related to the Project-based Role.

What Will Make You Successful,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation and other relevant fields.
• Demonstrate high adaptability, agility and resilience to changes.
• End-to-end business insights, good Physical Logistics business insight.
• Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Has experience in Microsoft Power BI Proficiency, Microsoft Excel, and SAP knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• Demonstrates problem solving, good communication and critical thinking skills.
