As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will support the implementation of Nestlé Quality system in Supply Chain Operation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimum distribution of products to the customers are aligned to Nestlé requirements.

A day in the life of...

Support to operation sites ( WH & Copack) by validating and verifying all quality elements are adhered. Train and build competency of DC / 3rd party warehouse operations staff and transportation team related to quality i.e. traceability, GWP, aging stock management, damage stock management, stock status control, container inspection, and other assigned topics.
Manage and coordinate local trade and IMS complaints related to either ambient or temperature controlled products from distributors, retails or consumers (related to Supply Chain) or to importers with thorough investigation conducted with root causes identified and corrective/preventive actions implemented effectively.
Assess, manage and coordinate quality elements implementations in physical logistics with elements of risk assessment and followups on improvement plans. This cover all elements from supply chain after factory gate to retailers.
Conduct periodic assessment on 3rd party warehouses, copacking sites or service providers to ensure Nestle physical logistics requirements are met at all times.
Work within department and cross function teams on quality requirements and build quality competency.
Able to execute the basic SAP QM functions to support the daily tasks, this include the SAP set up within department and cross function teams.
Provide technical support during trial shipments (both in-coming and out-going shipments) working closely with factory team and IMS team.
To participate actively in NCE activities and provide improvement ideas.
Compile and submit regular QA KPIs with relevant coordinators.
Work closely with relevant coordinators on new warehouse or new projects/initiatives related to supply chain where QA requirements are considered during the project phase and implementation.
Review and implement the quality procedures, instructions and tools in area of technical expertise.
Supports to ad-hoc tasks or activities or critical issues or crisis that arises at any warehouse or related supply chain section.

What Will Make You Successful:

Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or other related disciplines (e.g., Quality Management, Chemistry, Microbiology).
1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing QA/QC, pharmaceutical quality, supply chain quality, warehousing quality operations, distribution quality management, audit and compliance roles
Fresh graduates may be considered.
Relevant internship experience in QA, QC, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical operations, warehousing, or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong reporting and presentation skills.
Independent and proactive.
Results-oriented with strong initiative.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Effective stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
