Location: Nestlé Distribution Center (NDC), Sijangkang

Experience: Relevant experience in Safety, Health and Environment, preferably within warehousing, distribution, logistics, transport or another high-risk operation.

We are looking for a SHE Executive to play a key role in supporting the Logistics Manager and SHE Manager in managing Safety, Health & Environment for Physical Logistics, covering warehouse operations and road safety. 
improvements, cost reduction and competitiveness of Total Delivered Cost whilst maintaining Nestle Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance:
- Support the adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE.
- Support in compliance with SHE-related legal requirements.
- Help to develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).
 
SH&E Systems:
- Support NCE and TPM SHE-Pillar programs in the goal of 0 injuries and incidents and 0 road accidents.
- Support activities to achieve compliance with NSMS/NEMS requirements and other applicable instructions and standards
 
People and know-how:
- Coach and motivate the team in the achievement of the SHE objectives.
- Contribute to the development of competence of SHE champions.
- Promote SHE awareness and commitment to SHE across the plant.
 
SHE auditing and verification:
- Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
- Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
 
Warehouse safety:
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections, task risk assessments and behavioural safety observations.
- Ensure controls for material handling equipment, racking, loading bays, pedestrian segregation, work at height, fire safety and contractor activities.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, track corrective actions and support emergency preparedness and drills.
 
Road safety:
- Support the road-safety programme for company and contracted transport operations.
- Monitor driver qualification, induction, journey management, vehicle fitness, defensive-driving compliance and transport contractor performance.
- Review telematics and road incidents, lead investigations, identify trends and follow up preventive actions with Logistics and transport partners.

 

 

We're Looking For

 

1. Relevant professional experience in Safety, Health and Environment, preferably within warehousing, distribution, logistics, transport or another high-risk operation.
2. Practical experience conducting hazard identification, risk assessments and implementation of controls.
3. Proven experience investigating injuries, near misses, property damage and road incidents using root-cause analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are completed and sustained.
6. Experience conducting SHE inspections, compliance audits and emergency drills, with effective follow-up of findings and non-conformities.
7. Demonstrated ability to coach employees, drivers and contractors, deliver SHE training, influence safe behaviour and work effectively with operational leaders.
8. Ability to analyse SHE performance data, identify trends, prepare reports and deliver measurable improvement through others.
9. Experience leveraging digital SHE tools, mobile inspections, dashboards, telematics and AI-assisted analytics to identify risks, predict trends, prioritise interventions and improve safety performance.
