We are looking for Site Security Executive (Management position) to drive excellence in overall aspects of Security Management & Technologies at our Nestlé Distribution Centre. 

A day in the life of...
 

1. Implement and monitor approved Security programs within site.
2. Identify Security risks and implement relevant controls as approved by Market Security Manager (MSM).
3. Responsible to conduct monthly meeting, conduct daily briefings and coordination with Security Service Providers on issues, shortcomings and implementation of new instructions issued by the company. All incidents of theft, fraud or any other security related incidents are immediately reported and promptly investigated. 
4. Monitor and review monthly Security KPI's including key control checklist, attendance verification, patrolling clocking report and conduct weekly unannounced spot checks to ensure security operation on site is as per requirement.
5. Responsible to implement the knowledge transfer and coordination of employees security awareness program on site. 
6. A custodian of site CCTV and access card system is in good condition as per Nestle Group Security best practices.
7. Actively monitor innovations in the security technology industry, to ensure that Nestlé is up to date with new developments. 
8. Conduct annual Site Security Assessment with MSM based on previous assessment and new physical installation on site. 
    

What Will Make You Successful,

1. Knowledge of security in FMCG environment and some basic Fire and Safety knowledge. 
2. Preference to minimum 3 years in Security operation. Computer  literate in PowerPoint, Excel and Words.
3. Basic knowledge of access control, cctv system operations and other electronic security systems.
4. SPM, Diploma in Security Management or exposed to Security course and trainings. 
5. Positive attitude with self initiative to bring improvements and able to conduct investigations and report writing.
