We are looking for a Assistant Business Development Manager to develop drive incremental top and bottomline growth for Nestle Singapore by seeking new opportunities in (a) new category / format, (b) expanding distribution, (c) attracting a new group of health conscious and frozen food consumers with new portfolio of products (d) develop and execute a sustainable viable direct to consumer plan

A day in the life of...

  • End-To-End business management, including strategizing, management of financials, sales, demand planning and product launch and roll-outs.
  • To ensure compliance/ provide support To all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and support Process Descriptions
  • To ensure complaince /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
  • Align and adapt marketing strategies with lead market Malaysia and roll out to the trade to maximise sales contribution and business sustainability 
  • Developing new route-to-market to increase sales reach of Nestle SG
  • Product Sourcing and Developing Business Feasibility Cases 

What will make you successful

  • Graduate with minimum 4 years experience in commercial/ business development
  • Good understanding of all commercial functions - P&L
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and executing promotional activities that generated positive/incremental ROI.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-functional environments
