We are looking for a Consumer Experience & Data Insights Analyst to be part of our exciting Nespresso Singapore team. In this position, you will take charge of Nespresso’s end-to-end customer lifecycle and CRM plans, conducting analyses and bringing your insights to life. This will help maximise Nespresso’s customer lifetime value through increasing consumption and building loyalty.

A day in the life of Consumer Experience & Data Insights Analyst

  • Develop and execute CRM activities for both B2C & B2B with aim to build loyalty & drive consumption, taking into account international strategy & guidelines.
  • Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • Interpret data to gain deeper understanding of our customers to develop customer-led insights.
  • Spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship
  • Assessment of CRM programs, member communications and promotional activities, providing actionable insights to maximise ROI
  • Analyse performance of campaigns with concrete learnings & recommendations moving forward
  • Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity

What will make you successful

  • 3-5 years experience in data analytics in a marketing or campaign management environment.
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Management, or Marketing
  • Experience in working with SQL or other relational databases.
  • Experience in a customer retention role is an advantage
