As our South East Asia (SEA) eCommerce Operations Manager, you will build a thorough view of how consumers are engaging with all Nespresso digital touchpoints through data and analytics. You will also lead and implement key eCommerce projects to support the growth of eCommerce channel in SEA.  As the scope covers SEA, hence you will work with Nespresso eCommerce teams in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as distributor teams in Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.

 

You will analyse and identify trends across the customer journey online, provide insights and recommendations to drive additional traffic and sales. You will be the advocate for web analytics, fostering a data-driven mindset across the markets to support Ecommerce decisions maximizing sales performance and customer experience & satisfaction. You will lead and support on Operational eCommerce projects across the markets and liaise with Nespresso Headquarters on strategic directions, guidelines and support. At the same time, deliver reports and dashboards to monitor the digital performance and offer guidance to your markets.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Utilize multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
  • Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios and continuously track and optimise online acquisition campaigns in partnership with markets.
  • Support with detailed analysis of path to registration and path to purchase to improve conversion funnel as well as analysis of various merchandizing zone performance to refine understanding of winning combinations.
  • Lead and support markets on Operational eCommerce projects like launch of Nespresso.com in new market expansion, launch of new eCommerce platforms or formats and to assess and capture online opportunities in marketplaces.
  • Build regional proposals with tech and media partners like Google, Facebook and  support the recruitment & onboarding of eCommerce Managers across SEA markets and also act as our Web Analytics Advocate to foster a data-driven mindset among market’s Digital stakeholders, build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy and drive best practice sharing at market level and within Global Community.

What will make you successful

  • Degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance
  • 5-7 years of experience in web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analyses.
  • 3-4 years of experience with A/B and MV testing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Cognos, predictive modeling, forecasting and related data-analyses/statistical software
  • Experience in working for a premium brand or multi-national / multi-channel environment with a FMCG mindset would have an added advantage
