We are looking for an Asia IS/IT Specialist to be part of our exciting Nespresso team. You will be responsible for providing system and business level support to Nespresso Asia Markets. This includes troubleshooting applications, and solutions for all clients and business units; performing campaigns and products articles creations in Nespresso ERP system. You will also assist in the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications training programs and related applications documentation.

A day in the life of...

  • Provides first level technical support and fulfill requests for Office Locations, Boutiques, Call Centers, and 3rd Party Partners.
  • Fulfill ticket requests and maintain requests tracking system. 
  • Review support services, use of technology, and problem areas. Escalates to analysts when required.
  • Collaborate with users and other Nespresso and Nestle support groups to troubleshoot reported problems. Escalate to Analysts when required.
  • Communicates application problems and issues to Analysts and Managers.
  • Assist with MAT process every quarter based on HQ release schedule.
  • Manages users' on and off boarding process which includes imaging workstations, creating and removing users' profiles in all required systems, provides users with necessary hardware and software.
  • Supports administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users. Support users access and access rights changes in accordance with the system security rules.
  • Support routine system security audits in all ERP environments to ensure all users are appropriately provisioned for their work function
  • Support routine periodic activities in ERP system as directed by Asia IS/IT Manager to provide supporting information for organization and management.
  • Assist in periodic testing of enterprise systems in accordance with the global versioning and release calendar.
  • Collaborates with other Analysts and Specialists in the market. Ensure that all tests are being performed correctly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of Nespresso Markets' fixed assets
  • Plan fixed assets upgrade, refreshment, extension and disposal cycle
  • Collaborate with Markets' IT coordinators on procurements (PO/CAPEX creation requests) and ensure deliveries
  • Create technical documentation related to policies and processes managed by IS/IT department, continuously assess and improves ITSM Knowledge Base and related areas.

What will make you successful

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of prior IS/IT system analyst experience or 5+ years of helpdesk experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-national and fast paced environment
  • Experience in supporting ERP (preferably in-house) application.
  • Able to develop and interpret documentation for training and end user procedures.
  • Experience in Incident Management Tool (ServiceNow) and Telephony System (Avaya Site Administrator)
  • Proven experience with problem solving and troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Have excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and presentation) with strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Effective at understanding problematic and complex situations (analytical thinking)
  • Detail oriented, meticulous and able to incorporate critical and logical thinking in every day's tasks.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in timely manner to all stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
