As our B2B Account Manager for Nespresso Singapore, you will acquire new medium and large customers in the Office Channels and evolve the business with existing customers to deliver agreed objectives/targets.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER (Nespresso Singapore)

 

Sustainable Acquisition & Customer Lifecycle management

  • Aligned with the sales field plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory and acquire new medium and large accounts by following the Nespresso B2B Office Guidelines
  • Identify and contact key decision makers using diverse methods and tools such as cold calling/visit, social media, events etc.
  • Tailor our value proposition to increase business with existing customers / maximize penetration rate in a customer
  • Use of CRM system to manage leads and grow existing customers
  • Use P&L approach for specific offers to reach the sales targets
  • Liaise with B2B Business Operations and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities and customer lifecycle management

Customer knowledge and continuous improvement

  • Solid understanding of the territory and customers’ needs
  • Understand and analyze future trends to capture business opportunities with leads and existing customers
  • Leverage this know-how to the sales team (Best practice sharing)
  • Monitor and report all competitive activities and share it with B2B Marketing team
  • Challenge areas of improvement and suggest ideas to close gaps

 

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Management / Retail / Sales & Marketing / Economics
  • At least 3 years in B2B (Direct Sales) sales experience in acquiring and managing medium to large accounts
  • Demonstrated good level leadership/project management skills during previous work experience
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
