We are looking for a B2C Marketing Executive to be part of our exciting Nespresso team. In this position, you will support the B2C Marketing Manager in the daily marketing activities by implementing the marketing strategy in physical and online retail and trade channels.

A day in the life of...

  • Implement the marketing strategy in physical and online retail and trade channels, maximize Nespresso retail and trade visibility, improve the consumer retail experience (in line with the Consumer experience strategy), and increase consumer acquisition
  • Support the creation of member communication assets to increase brand engagement and coffee penetration amongst Nespresso members, including creating and coordinating weekly emails to our members
  • Support the B2C Marketing Manager in the daily marketing activities and key projects, such as roadshows and coffee activities in boutique & events
  • Ensure high quality and prompt execution of all marketing activities, communications and campaigns. 
  • Plan, coordinate and implement the marketing plan in Boutiques, Mobile Locations and Trade stores
  • With B2C Marketing Manager, implement the launch of campaigns on Nespresso-owned & partner online & offline channels 
  • Coordinate and implement Visual Merchandising at Boutiques & Trade, both permanent and temporary
  • Work with appointed agencies to ensure seamless setup of campaign specific communication within retail & trade
  • Coordinate all Boutique & Trade point-of-sales (POSM) activities from ordering materials to installation
  • Coordinate the evaluation of Boutiques and work with headquarters (HQ, if needed) on Boutique & Trade needs and requirements
  • Work with retail, trade and e-Comm teams to ensure post analysis of retail, trade, website and eMarketplace activities are reviewed to assess effectiveness
  • Work with B2C Marketing Manager to manage budgets of Boutique Deco and Visual Merchandising within boutiques, trade

What will make you successful

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in brands from high-end luxury/premium FMCGs with owned retail network
  • Worked in a similar position for at least 2 years
  • Strong marketing and communications ability with a focus on the retail environments
  • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Solution-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented
  • Passionate about coffee is a bonus
